Who does what - Conversation about the future

At this stage of the journey, the leader(s) should have both a concise and self-evidently inspiring vision with an accompanying series of goals and target results. And the members of the tribe have a clear idea of their roles as they exist today, and the workflow they participate in that creates value for the Tribe.

  2. Method of learning: Utilise different methods of learning, such as lectures, hands-on activities, and group discussions, Videos games and anything else that proves to be effective.
  3. Educator/Mentor: Last but not least the person responsible for facilitating the learning process, whether it is a teacher, mentor, or parent.

Note the learner can have a mentor, but a different person that is aiding the learning process, this would be called a sponsor.
